Cascadian Life Member Club Regularly Scheduled Meetings
Come visit us at the Red Lion Hotel at 11211 Main Street, corner of Main and 112th in the Yarrow Point Room on the second Wednesday of each month! Our social hour is from 11am to noon and allows plenty of time for visiting and fellowship, then a reasonably priced sit down lunch is served. For reservations, please contact Edith at 425.821.3323 by the first Wednesday of the month. A short business meeting follows lunch and then a program concludes our day.

"Operator, Long Distance, Please" written by Don Hamlin, long time member of the Cascadian Life Member Club, is a nostalgic look back at the early days of being a telephone operator and the processing of calls through during the 1947 work stoppage in Oroville, Calif.

The Executive Committee meets on the third Tuesday of each month, September through July. We meet at Friends of Youth, 16225 NE 87th St, Redmond at 9:30am. Our fellowship continues as we go to lunch after the meeting. All members are invited to attend.

Our annual picnic location has changed. This year we will be at Newcastle Beach Park! Come join us for games, a great meal of old fashion picnic fare, and great camaraderie!
Hot dogs and buns will be furnished. Please bring a side dish or salad or dessert to share. This is BYOB. Carpooling is highly encouraged!
Picnic hours: 11:00am to 3:00pm or longer!
Location is 4400 Lake Washington Blvd. SE
Picnic Shelter offers eight tables, two barbeque grills, and a large grassy area for lawn games. No electricity available. Water available at restrooms.
